For Best Service

Employees will not be mistreated or disrespected while cleaning customer's properties. If this happens employees will leave the premises after talking to higher management.

If you have more than 1 pet we ask that we use you’re vacuum cleaner, because too much pet hair can damage the equipment!

If you need to cancel or reschedule please call 48 hours in advance.

Please pick up all loose items (toys, groceries, clothes, etc) before appointment!
We do not clean up vomit or other bodily waste.

If you have pets please make sure they are out of the way when cleaning crew arrives!
If you request the beds to be made, please have clean sheets folded and set on top of bed.

A Dee Dee‘s Cleaning supervisor will come by to make sure everything is going well.

The supervisor will receive payment and leave a satisfaction survey with you to be given
to employee when job is completed.

If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please inform us within 24 hours and we will happily come back and re-do the area!
